POP3/SMTP Support

Easy-to-configure access to mail accounts using popular POP3/SMTP software clients like Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express, Eudora, Netscape Mail, and others. For domains hosted on Integra servers, a management console makes it easy to setup and configure new user accounts.

MailGuard Spam/Virus Filtering

Integra's free MailGuard, scans all incoming email by analyzing all parts of the e-mail message from the IP address of the sender to the message content and attachments.

To provide a secure Internet environment, Integra Telecom's MailGuard keeps unsolicited e-mail (spam) and harmful viruses out of e-mail inboxes. MailGuard is a free service that is available to all Integra-hosted e-mail customers.

Integra's MailGuard is powered by IronPort. It scans all incoming e-mail by analyzing all parts of the e-mail from the IP address of the sender to the message content and attachments. Within milliseconds, MailGuard separates junk mail and viruses from legitimate messages. Legitimate e-mail messages pass through to inboxes while junk e-mail is quarantined in a web-based, password-protected Message Center. Customers have access to quarantined e-mail in the Message Center and the ability to adjust spam filters based on personal preferences.

WebMail

IntegraOnline offers WebMail, allowing you to view your Inbox, and compose and send messages from any web browser.

Secondary Mail Exchange

For Integra Telecom Internet access customers hosting your own e-mail server, Integra can provide secondary mail hosting in the event your server becomes unavailable. This option protects your inbound messages from 'bouncing' back to senders. Contact Integra ISP Support for more information on this service.
