Integra Telecom's Integrated Voice and Internet Products are designed for peak business performance that supports the broadband needs of small and mid-sized companies. With Integra's Integrated Voice and Data products, your business can enjoy a range of communications services that take advantage of a single data connection.

There is no need to maintain separate voice and data (Internet) connections. Integra delivers integrated voice and data on a single facility, giving you the flexibility to customize the service to fit your data and voice needs.

Integrated Multi-service T1 combines Voice and Internet access via a single T1. Voice services are provided as either lines or trunks (or both, if required); Internet service is provided on the remaining circuit capacity. Integra has two variations of Integrated Multi-service T1:

Integrated T1

Integra's Integrated T1 is an integrated voice and data solution designed for our small and mid-sized customers with traditional analog business lines that have a need for high-speed Internet access, but do not require the service of a full T1. The Integrated T1 is well suited for the customer that is searching for a dedicated data solution but wants to maintain an affordable, simple, and manageable service. We have created a solution that works with your existing phone system and does not require any additional investment for equipment; it's all included. Nexus is powered by an Integrated Access Device. This device is bundled into the product price structure and includes full maintenance and a battery back up.

The Voice service of the Integrated T1 product mirrors Integra's existing business line product offering, so you can still take advantage of all the Calling Features, Voice Mail, and enhanced services such as Authorization Codes and Account Codes that you use on your phone lines today.

On the Data side we boast an always-connected Internet availability along with flexible Internet services including e-mail, domain name services, network storage, data transfer, server hosting, and more.

Living in a DSL Dead Zone?

If your service area has been marked as a DSL "Dead Zone" then our Integrated T1 product is designed just for your telecommunication needs. Businesses stuck in a "Dead Zone" are limited to either purchasing an underutilized T1 or using traditional dial-up accounts. Our integrated Voice and Data solution can provide you with an affordable and reliable service customized for your business profile.

Dynamic T1

Integra Telecom's dynamic, integrated T1 service improves business efficiency and increases productivity. Integra's Dynamic T1 is a total communications solution combining local voice, long distance, and dynamically allocated Internet access-all over a single dedicated circuit.

With a standard integrated solution, a portion of the T1 is dedicated to voice traffic and a portion to data bandwidth. With the Dynamic T1, Integra leverages its network and today's technology to offer you more. Unused voice lines no longer sit idle, they become part of your bandwidth to enhance your data connectivity.

The dynamic bandwidth allows you to move data faster. When one of the voice lines is activated, the data bandwidth transparently contracts to handle the voice call. Throughout the day, the data bandwidth dynamically expands and contracts to meet your company's voice and data requirements-optimizing both on a real time basis. You will always get the optimal Internet connection available without compromising your demand for voice service.

Bonded Dynamic T1

Integra's Bonded Dynamic T1 offers the same great features of our Dynamic T1 service, but adds additional T1s (up to 3 total) for more data bandwidth. This means you get 3Mbps (2 T1s) or 4.5Mbps (3 T1s) of internet access for even greater performance.
