Integra Telecom Referral Partner Program
People do business with those that they trust. And it’s no secret that many new business relationships are created by introductions and endorsements of other trusted parties.
If you are well-networked and have trusted relationships with other businesses in Integra Telecom’s service areas, your recommendation of Integra Telecom could provide you a new income stream.
Integra’s Referral Partner Program rewards you for sharing your relationships, giving us an opportunity to engage business leaders and investigate their communications needs. If we are able to create a new customer due to your referral, we pay a one-time fee based on the customer’s monthly recurring revenue to you upon installation.
Getting started is easy.
- Register yourself at Partner Registration Page. We’ll get your information to one of our local sales offices. If you are already connected with an Integra Account Executive, just let us know.
- Share your referrals. If you aren’t already, you’ll be partnered with an Integra Account Executive who will take the lead on engaging your referrals. Your participation in the introduction can be as involved or as limited as you wish. You are not responsible for selling* or managing the customer experience.
- Sit back and relax. Our experienced Account Executives will meet with your referral, conduct a needs analysis, and if it’s a good fit, make a formal proposal and ask for their business. Once the customer’s services are installed on Integra’s network and the customer receives their first invoice, we send you a check.
*If you are an active telecom/data sales agent, you’ll want to check out our Premier Partner program.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Who can sign up for the Integra Telecom Referral Partner Program?
If you are a United States citizen, 18 years of age or older (and not an Integra Telecom employee or direct relative), you are eligible to be an Integra Telecom Referral Partner.
Q: Who are good prospects to refer?
Integra is very successful at serving companies with at least 10-500 employees, companies with high-bandwidth requirements and businesses with multiple locations. (If you’re familiar with telecom terminology, a good prospect would be using at least a T1 for their voice and Internet needs.)
Additionally, Integra is well-known for designing and managing highly-complex, multi-location networks for enterprises like banks, law firms and healthcare companies. By contrast, a retail establishment with a couple phone lines and DSL, for example, would not be a suitable candidate.
Referral exclusions:
- Current Integra customers
- Pre-existing, documented sales opportunities with an Integra account manager
- Customers located outside of Integra’s service area (ask your Account Executive partner)
- Small office/home office or residential service
Q: What information does Integra Telecom need to collect from me to get me signed up?
To receive compensation for your referrals, Integra Telecom needs your personal or business name, current address, a fully executed Referral Partner Agreement and a completed IRS Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification).
Q: Why does Integra Telecom need me to provide my SSN or Tax ID?
According to IRS (Internal Revenue Service) tax regulations, Integra Telecom must report any money paid to an individual or business to the IRS each calendar year, and send a 1099 form to the Referral Partner to use for their tax return. The SSN or Tax ID is required for each Referral Partner so that referral rewards can be made in accordance with current tax regulations.

- Hardware and software suppliers
- Data center operators, ISPs and web service providers
- Commercial property owners, managers and real estate companies
- Telecommunications and technology consultants
