Integra's WebMail allows you to access your e-mail from most web browsers. This gives you the flexibility to check your e-mail when you are away from your primary computer. Integra suggests that you use an e-mail program such as Outlook, Netscape or Eudora as your primary e-mail program then use Integra's WebMail for e-mail access when traveling.
You can either call ISP Support or you can change it with Integra's WebMail. When WebMail is open, go to Settings then select Change Password. Enter your old password and your new password then click on the change password button.
WebMail will refresh the folder list in the left pane every ten minutes. After 25 minutes of inactivity, you will be automatically logged out of Webmail.
By default, e-mail programs such as Outlook, Netscape or Eudora download messages from the mail server then delete those messages from the server to reclaim the space. If you check the last e-mail program that you used, you should find your messages.
When e-mail is deleted from your inbox, the system first copies the message then places it in the trash folder. You need to have enough e-mail disk space to copy the message. To get around this, you can temporarily disable your trash folder so the message is deleted from the system and not stored in the trash folder. To do this, go into Settings then Folder Preferences. Under Trash Folder, select [Do not use Trash] and click the submit button. To delete the message, go into your inbox and delete the message. You will then need to turn the trash folder back on if desired. Return to Settings, Folder Preference, and select Trash for Trash Folder then click on the submit button.
