Change Name Display on NEAX 2000 DTERM Phones

This document provides simple, step-by-step instructions for changing NEAX2000 Voicemail Boxes.

To Change Display:

1. (Do not lift handset)
2. Press Speaker (receive dial tone)
3. Press 62
4. Using keypad, press desired letter for first character in name.
• Display will indicate numerical position.
• Subsequent presses will advance through the letters on that key.

The following table will indicate options of numbers, letters, spaces and periods.

• Pressing Transfer key after pressing to desired letter will change it to lower case. ? Pressing Hold key, after selecting letter, will enter letter and advance to next entry.
• After name has been typed in, press Speaker. Display will say 'Set'.
