Robert E. Guth, President and Chief Executive Officer
Bob has served as an independent Director at Integra since December, 2009.
In addition to his role at Integra. Bob currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Lumos Networks, a facilities-based telecommunications services provider in the Mid-Atlantic area, and as an independent director at The Enthusiast Network, a publisher and marketing services firm based in Los Angeles.
From September 2011 through April 2014, Bob served as Chairman, President, and CEO of The Reader’s Digest Association, the iconic publisher and direct marketer based in New York, where he oversaw a transformation and revitalization effort.
From mid 2006 to early 2007 Bob served as President of the Business Markets Group at Level 3 Communications.
From 2002 to mid-2006, Bob served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer at TelCove, a facilities-based telecommunications services provider that served markets throughout the eastern United States. Level 3 Communications acquired TelCove in July, 2006. Bob’s earlier roles at TelCove included Vice President of Business Operations from 2000 to 2002 and Regional Vice President and General Manager from 1996 to 2000.
From 1985 to 1996, Bob worked in sales and sales management roles at AT&T Inc., with a focus on the Government and Education markets for much of that time.
Jesse Selnick, Chief Financial Officer
Jesse Selnick brings more than 15 years of financial management, operations, strategy and transaction experience, with an emphasis in telecommunications and technology markets. He joined Integra in March, 2012 as Chief Financial Officer responsible for finance and corporate development. Mr. Selnick most recently served as managing director for Blackstone in New York. During his nearly 10-year tenure, Mr. Selnick was a member of Blackstone's M&A and strategic advisory group, focusing on technology and communications companies.
Throughout his career, Mr. Selnick has achieved significant results in leading client-critical initiatives in the areas of financial and strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and capital structure and financing. Mr. Selnick has BS in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Joseph Harding, Chief Marketing Officer
Joseph Harding is Chief Marketing Officer for Integra. Mr. Harding joined the company in September, 2011 and is responsible for marketing and product management. He directs go-to-market strategy, product management, strategic pricing and corporate marketing.
Mr. Harding brings more than 18 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. In his most recent role as VP, Product Development at Level 3, Mr. Harding was instrumental in leading Level 3’s expansion into enterprise and content services, now key growth engines for that business. He also held senior leadership positions in product management, customer experience strategy, business process management and e-commerce for Level 3. Mr. Harding began his career at MCI Communications as a marketing manager in the business markets division. Mr. Harding has a BS in Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Michael Sharpe, Chief Operating Officer
Michael Sharpe is Chief Operating Officer for Integra with responsibility for the customer experience from installation through service. Mr. Sharpe brings more than 25 years of global operations experience in the telecommunications industry. During the past 15 years he has held various executive leadership roles at Level 3, including Global Process, Operations Engineering, and Service Activations and Management.
Mr. Sharpe’s expertise and leadership has gained him recognition for orchestrating successful turnarounds and empowering teams to deliver best-in-class results. Most recently, he served as SVP of Global Network Operations with responsibility for integrating service management functions, processes and systems at Level 3. In this role, he managed a team of more than 900 employees and oversaw 200+ colocation facilities, while delivering $30MM in cost savings, reducing P&L by 28% and increasing customer satisfaction through developing customer-focused operational efficiencies and policies. Mr. Sharpe began his career at Sprint, serving in a number of management roles during his tenure there. He holds an Associates of Science degree in Engineering and Electronic Design from ITT.
Karen Clauson, Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Karen Clauson, Integra’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel, has more than 20 years of experience in the communications industry. Ms. Clauson joined the company in September 2007, through the acquisition of Eschelon Telecom. Before that, Ms. Clauson managed policy and regulatory matters for MCI Communications. Ms. Clauson began her legal career at the Dorsey & Whitney law firm in the litigation department. She was in Dorsey’s Communications Group and on the Editorial Board of the ABA’s Litigation journal. Her extensive experience includes responsibility for corporate, commercial, litigation, governance, compliance, contractual, and employment matters.
Ms. Clauson’s background combines in-depth knowledge of the communications industry with strong in-house counsel experience. She is known for providing legal solutions and strategic advice that enable corporate growth and innovation while fostering a culture of compliance. Ms. Clauson excels at promoting both individual development and cross-team solutions. Ms. Clauson graduated with top honors from the University of Minnesota Law School and has a Master’s degree in Communication from Utah State University.
Felicity O'Herron, Senior Vice President
of Human Resources
With more than 20 years of experience in the human resources field, Felicity O’Herron joined Integra in late 2012 as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. O’Herron brings to Integra an exceptional track record of building strong HR teams and initiatives that drive company strategies and operational goals, and a focus on creating a performance-based culture. Most recently, Felicity served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources with ProBuild Holdings, a building materials distributor in Denver, Colorado. Prior to that, she worked for Qwest Communications for several years as Vice President of Human Resources. Graduating in the top 8% of her class, Ms. O’Herron holds a Law degree from the Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America. She also holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College.
Martha Tate, Vice President of Wholesale and Government Education, Sales
Martha Tate is Vice President of the Wholesale and Government Education Channels for Integra. She has been in the Telecom, Data and Communications industry since 1983 holding various roles at Sprint, MFS Communications, Level 3 Communications and Comcast Cable. Prior to joining Integra in 2012, Ms. Tate was one of the founders of the Comcast Metro E over fiber, data center and government and education strategy in the West and has led several organizations as Vice President over the past 13 plus years across multiple direct and indirect sales channel and market segments. In addition, at the inception of Level 3 Communications, her team built and managed a Metro Network Planning and Implementation team responsible for building out one third of the original Level 3 Metro networks.
Ms. Tate is a member of TiE-Rockies and is on the Rocky Mountain Women in Cable and Telecommunications board. She has also been heavily involved for the past nine years building a K-12 school, two trade schools and two orphanages in southern Uganda.
Craig Pierce, Vice President of Enterprise, Indirect and Small Business, Sales
Craig Pierce is the leader of the Sales organization at Integra responsible for growing, managing and retaining customers in the Enterprise, Indirect, Small Business channels. Since joining the company in April 2013 as the leader of Enterprise Sales, he has earned additional responsibility—a result of his ability to effectively align cross-functional resources and motivate his teams to improve sales results quarter over quarter in 2013.
Mr. Pierce has 19 years of experience in Sales in the telecommunications industry and has held several management and leadership positions. Prior to joining Integra, Craig was an Area Vice President at CenturyLink, where he oversaw Enterprise Sales for Colorado, Kansas, Missouri and Iowa markets. In his nine-year tenure at CenturyLink/Qwest he was promoted several times into roles to increase his span of control based on his demonstrated commitment to deliver results. Mr. Pierce started his career as a Sales Professional for Allnet Communications after graduating with a B.S. in Management from The State University of New York at Geneseo.
