Marc Willency, Chief Executive Officer

Marc Willency leads Integra as the CEO and serves on the company’s Board of Directors. A telecommunications veteran, he has broad experience leading network solutions, operations, customer service and sales-related organizations.

Willency joined Integra in 2015 from Level 3 Communications where he served as group vice president for customer solutions and enablement, overseeing several sales, operations, and customer experience management functions in the North American region. Previous to that, he served as senior vice president of customer operations at tw telecom and held a number of senior positions in operations, sales and support, and customer experience. Willency holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University in telecommunications.

Jesse Selnick, Chief Financial Officer

In his role as CFO, Jesse Selnick oversees Integra’s finance, strategy and corporate development, as well as responsibility for several components of Integra’s sales and operating organization. Selnick joined Integra in 2012, bringing more than 15 years of financial management, operations, strategy and transaction experience, with an emphasis in telecommunications and technology markets.

For nearly 10 years prior to joining Integra, Selnick worked in Blackstone’s M&A and strategic advisory group with an emphasis on the technology and telecommunications sectors. Selnick has a Bachelor’s degree in economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Dan Stoll, President, Electric Lightwave

As head of Electric Lightwave, Dan Stoll leads the Integra business unit with a focus on delivering network solutions to large enterprise, government, education and wholesale customers, while driving the company’s strategic fiber assets and differentiated support model.

Stoll joined Integra in 2000 as a business manager with the company’s Utah operations; since then, he has held a range of leadership roles including vice president of customer operations and senior vice president of strategy and development. Stoll graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business from Westminster College and earned an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.

Michael Sharpe – Executive Vice President, Operations

Michael Sharpe is responsible for the customer experience from installation through service. Sharpe brings more than 25 years of global operations experience in the telecommunications industry to his role at Integra. Previously, he held various executive leadership positions at Level 3 in areas including global process, operations engineering, and service activations and management.

Sharpe’s expertise and leadership has earned recognition for orchestrating successful turnarounds and empowering teams to deliver best-in-class results. Most recently, he served as SVP of global network operations with responsibility for integrating service management functions, processes and systems at Level 3, managing a team of more than 900 employees and overseeing more than 200 colocation facilities. Sharpe began his career at Sprint, serving in a number of management roles during his tenure. He holds an Associate’s degree in Engineering and Electronic Design from ITT.

Jason Koenders, Chief Technology Officer, Senior Vice President

Jason Koenders oversees Integra’s architecture, engineering, and application and product development, guiding the strategic alignment of Integra’s business units and technology roadmap with a focus on the needs of Integra’s diverse customer base. Koenders joined Integra in 1998 and has led major network design, expansion initiatives and integration activities, including central roles in the company’s acquisitions of ELI and Eschelon Telecom.

Prior to joining Integra, Koenders served as chief operating officer of Nevada-based Excella Communications, where he helped lead the company’s successful shift from residential service provider to business service provider; previously, he spent several years with CenturyLink. Koenders earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Phoenix.

Felicity O'Herron, Senior Vice President
of Human Resources

Felicity O’Herron joined Integra in 2012 with more than 20 years of experience in the human resources field. O’Herron brings to Integra an exceptional track record of building strong HR teams and initiatives that drive company strategies and operational goals, and a focus on creating a performance-based culture. Most recently, Felicity served as senior vice president of human resources with ProBuild Holdings, a building materials distributor. Prior to that, she worked for Qwest Communications as vice president of human resources. O’Herron holds a law degree from the Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America. She also holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from Bryn Mawr College.

Karen Clauson, SVP and General CounselKaren Clauson, Senior Vice President, General Counsel

Karen Clauson brings more than 20 years of experience in the communications industry to her role as Integra’s senior vice president and general counsel, in which she directs legal and regulatory strategies and oversees the company’s legal department. Her extensive experience includes responsibility for corporate and commercial litigation, governance, compliance, contractual and employment matters.

Clauson joined the company in 2007 with the acquisition of Eschelon Telecom. Prior to that, Clauson managed policy and regulatory matters for MCI Communications. She began her legal career in the litigation department of the law firm Dorsey & Whitney as part of the firm’s communications group, while also serving on the editorial board of the American Bar Association’s Litigation Journal. Clauson graduated with top honors from the University of Minnesota Law School and has a Master’s degree in communication from Utah State University.
