The Greenest Commercial Building in the World

Power from the Sun - Internet from Integra

Building: Bullitt Center

Located on Seattle’s Capitol Hill, the 6-story, 50,000 sq. ft. Bullitt Center is considered the most energy efficient and environmentally sustainable office building in the world. It is designed to generate as much electricity as it consumes, combining highly energy efficient internal processes with 100 percent renewable energy generation from a rooftop array of photovoltaic power panels. To meet their pledge of following exacting energy-neutral standards for power consumption while offering tenants the most sophisticated communications and data services available, the Bullitt Center selected Integra as the exclusive provider of Hosted Voice Services, Cloud Firewall Services, cloud-based Collaboration and Messaging Services, and Ethernet-based High-Bandwidth Internet.

Watch the Integra Ethernet Services Video
Integra met the Bullitt Center’s challenge for an energy-efficient data and communications system with a unique offering. On top of their Ethernet-based, high-bandwidth Internet carried over fiber, they also offer a business VoIP system, cloud-based firewall, and cloud collaboration and messaging services. Not only does this reduce electricity use by minimizing the number of devices required, but it provides building tenants with a one-stop-shop for ordering and managing Internet and telecommunications services..
