Integra Telecom Offers New Services To Five New Markets

Local Telephone and DSL Services Now Available for Small Businesses.

Portland, Ore. - May 25, 2007 - Integra Telecom, a facilities-based, integrated communications carrier for business will offer local telephone service and DSL in Sacramento, Calif., Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale, Ariz., and Boise, Idaho in June, 2007. The new service offerings broaden Integra's product set to better serve small business customers and the smaller offices of larger businesses. For several years Integra has provided these services in the major metropolitan areas of Oregon, Washington, Minnesota, North Dakota and Utah.

"We are excited to provide these new product offerings to both current and new business customers," said Dudley Slater, CEO of Integra Telecom, Inc. "We look forward to better servicing the needs of small businesses in our new markets by offering DSL and local telephone services."

Integra's DSL services will operate at speeds from 512 Kbps or 1.5 Mbps up to 10 Mbps depending on the service area. Prior to the new services, the company's Internet and telephone products in these markets were limited to T1 access; a technology favoring larger business customers.

All Integra Telecom services are backed by locally-based customer care service representatives and management who personally contribute to Integra's industry-leading customer service model. Integra's grade of customer service touts leadership in network reliability, range of services, customer calls answered quickly by a local representative and not an interactive voice response (IVR) system, and resolving service calls or inquires in a timely manner.
