Improved usability and customer focus highlight Integra's revamped Web site.
PORTLAND, Ore. August 5, 2004 Integra Telecom, a leading provider of all-in-one communications services for small and mid-sized businesses in the West, launched a new Web site on Thursday, August 5. The site provides easy access to the features and services most frequently used by Integra's customers.
"Our customers asked for ease-of-use and a more personalized experience," said John Nee, Integra Telecom vice president of marketing. "We delivered that by catering to each market, and the new Web site is a perfect complement to our phone-based customer care."
The site prompts users to select an Integra service area. It then "remembers" the choice and displays only the product and care information that is appropriate to the user's service area. Customer service materials and welcome kit documents are easily found in the new site structure, and customers are directed to local customer care resources without having to sort through Integra's complete list of service area materials.
The site's new home page features an ever-changing customer profile that reinforces Integra's customer-centric approach. "The customer profiles are a way to thank our customers and show how any business can benefit from Integra's commitment to service," said Nee. "We expect to add profiles from customers in all of our markets in the near future."
