BEAVERTON, Ore. — Mar. 4, 2004 — Integra Telecom, a leading provider of all-in-one communications services for small and mid-sized businesses in the West, will relocate its corporate headquarters to Portland in May. In the interim, commuters and residents in the greater Portland area are starting to see signs of Integra's impending move to the Lloyd business district.
Workers have installed a prominent, backlit sign — a rare sight in the Portland skyline — on the east face of the 1201 Lloyd Building. Thousands of Portland commuters on Interstate 84 view the signage on their daily route into Oregon's largest city.
Although Integra's corporate and Oregon market employees have yet to occupy the headquarters space inside the building, the company's exterior presence is already bolstering exposure and driving new business in the Portland area.
