Highlights Locally-Based, High-Quality Customer Service in Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, Portland and Seattle
BEAVERTON, OR - June 24, 2003 - Integra Telecom, a fast-growing provider of local, long-distance and Internet services for small and midsize businesses, has introduced an outdoor poster and radio brand campaign in its major markets. The campaign launched May 19 in Minneapolis and runs through September.
"The focus of the campaign is to generate awareness about Integra Telecom as a competitive alternative to the incumbent, regional telecom providers and other competitive local exchange carriers," said John Nee, Integra Telecom vice president of marketing. "The campaign is part of our strategy to continue attracting small and midsize businesses to Integra's services."
As many companies cut back advertising and marketing efforts in a challenging economy, Integra is focusing on expanding market share through increased sales efforts and creating awareness. In 2002, Integra grew revenues by 51 percent and is planning for another strong year of revenue and access line growth for 2003. The focus of the brand campaign is to continue building on 2002 growth.
The tone of the campaign, developed by R/West of Portland, Ore., is confident, friendly, approachable and positive with the message that Integra Telecom is committed to their customers and the communities in which it serves and wants a long-term relationship with businesses. Taglines appearing on posters include:
All dial tones are not equal. Integra Telecom. The better choice for business.
In this case, the grass actually is greener. Integra Telecom. The better choice for business.
