Mr. Sunu serves as Chief Executive Officer of FairPoint Communications. In 1996, Mr. Sunu co-founded Madison River Communications where he served as CFO and a member of the board until the company's merger with CenturyLink in 2007. Mr. Sunu serves on the board of FairPoint and has served as a member of the board of directors of Hawaiian Telecom and Centennial Communications. He has served as CFO of Hargray Communications and Hawaiian Telecom. Mr. Sunu serves as Integra’s chairman of the board.
Mr. Willency joined Integra in 2015 from Level 3 Communications where he served as group vice president for customer solutions and enablement, overseeing several sales, operations, and customer experience management functions in the North American region. Previous to that, he served as senior vice president of customer operations at tw telecom and held a number of senior positions in operations, sales and support, and customer experience.

Mr. Austin worked at Morgan Stanley in New York, where he worked on M&A assignments prior to joining Searchlight in 2011. He started his career in the restructuring group at Rothschild in New York, where he worked on a variety of debtor-side advisory assignments.

Before joining JBT, Mr. Dunn held the position of vice president, chief corporate development and strategy officer at Qwest Communications. Prior to his business role at Qwest, Mr. Dunn served in legal transactional leadership roles at Ameritech Corporation, SBC Communications and Qwest. Mr. Dunn also serves on the board of Graceway Pharmaceuticals and Cardinal Logistics Management Inc.

Mr. Frey joined Searchlight in 2011. Previously, he worked at Quadrangle Group in New York where he primarily focused on telecommunications and technology investments. Mr. Frey also held positions at TPG Capital in London and Blackstone in New York. He started his career at Lehman Brothers in New York in 1997 as an Analyst in the media and communications group.

Mr. Guth serves as Integra’s vice chairman of the board. Most recently, Mr. Guth served as interim president and CEO of Integra. He has been an independent director at Integra since December, 2009. He was chairman, president, and CEO of The Reader’s Digest Association from September 2011 through April 2014 where he oversaw a transformation and revitalization effort. Prior to that role, Mr. Guth was president of the Business Markets Group at Level 3 Communications, chairman, president and CEO of TelCove, and he held sales and sales management roles at AT&T. Mr. Guth currently serves as chairman of the board of Lumos Networks, a facilities-based telecommunications services provider in the Mid-Atlantic area, and as an independent director at The Enthusiast Network, a publisher and marketing services firm based in Los Angeles.

In addition to his role at Laser, Mr. Hutcheson is a senior advisor of Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) for Searchlight Capital. He formerly served as the CEO and a member of the board of directors of Leap and its operating subsidiary, Cricket Communications, until its sale to AT&T in March 2014. Mr. Hutcheson also served as vice president of marketing in wireless at Qualcomm. He is chairman of the board of directors of InterDigital, Inc., a member of the board of directors of Pitney Bowes Inc., is president of TMT Advisors, LLC, and is a member of the board of trustees of Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego.

A telecommunications veteran, Mr. Leitner previously served as senior vice president of corporate development for WilTel Communications before joining TCP in 2005. Mr. Leitner served as president and chief executive officer of GlobeNet Communications, vice president of corporate development for 360 networks and senior director of corporate development for Microsoft Corporation. Mr. Leitner also serves on the board of Online Resources, Inc.
Former CEO of Savvis/President of Enterprise Markets at CenturyLink
Savvis, which was acquired by CenturyLink in 2011, is a global leader in cloud infrastructure and hosted IT solutions. Mr. Ousley has extensive experience as a board member of several technology companies including those in the IT, products and services, cloud/hosted solutions and telecommunications industries. He has held executive leadership positions at numerous global technology companies serving as CEO of Vytek Wireless Corp., CEO and president of Syntegra, Inc. USA, a subsidiary of British Telecommunications Group, and president and CEO of Control Data Systems prior to its acquisition by Syntegra.
