Following a distinguished career in the telecommunications industry, culminating in his position as vice chairman and president of Verizon, Larry Babbio joined Warburg, Pincus as a Senior Advisor, where he focuses on investment activities in the technology, media and telecommunications industries. Babbio also serves on the boards of Aramark and Hewlett Packard and previously served on the boards of Compaq Computer Corporation and Verizon Wireless.

Kenneth Dunn

Vice president and general counsel, John Bean Technologies (JBT) Corporation

Before joining JBT, Dunn held the position of vice president, chief corporate development and strategy officer at Qwest Communications. Prior to his business role at Qwest, Dunn served in legal transactional leadership roles at Ameritech Corporation, SBC Communications and Qwest. Dunn also serves on the board of Graceway Pharmaceuticals.

Robert Guth

Former president, Business Markets Group, Level 3 Communications

Guth also held the positions of chairman, president and CEO of TelCove before it was acquired by Level 3 Communications in 2006 for approximately $1.2 billion. Under Guth's leadership, Telcove turned its annualized EBITDA from negative $180 million to positive $130 million. Guth serves on the board of Ntelos where he has been designated as the Chairman of the Board of Lumos Networks Corp., the wireline carrier expected to be spun out of nTelos in Q4, 2011 and also serves on the board of Otelco and RDA Holdings.

Michael Leitner

Managing partner, Tennenbaum Capital Partners (TCP)

A telecommunications veteran, Leitner previously served as senior vice president of corporate development for WilTel Communications before joining TCP in 2005. Leitner served as president and chief executive officer of GlobeNet Communications, vice president of corporate development for 360 networks and senior director of corporate development for Microsoft Corporation. Leitner also serves on the board of Online Resources, Inc.

Kevin O'Hara

Co-founder, former president, COO and director, Level 3 Communications

Prior to the founding of Level 3 Communications, O'Hara served as president and CEO of MFS Global Network Services. O'Hara presided over the acquisition or integration of more than 30 companies contributing to the successful growth and value creation of Level 3 and MFS. O'Hara serves as Integra Telecom's executive chairman of the board. O'Hara also serves on the boards of RigNet Communications and Elemental Technologies.

Dudley Slater

Co-founder and former CEO of Integra Telecom from 1998 to 2011

Slater grew Integra from $1.5 million in revenues and nine employees to more than $600 million in revenues with 2,300 employees working in more than 30 offices across 11 Western states. Slater currently serves as vice chairman of Integra's board of directors and as a director for Umpqua Holdings Corporation (NASD: UMPQ). In 2011 he was awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year for the Northwest region by Ernst & Young.

Paul Sunu

CEO, FairPoint Communications

In 1996, Sunu co-founded Madison River Telephone Company, LLC, of Madison River Communications Corp. where he served as CFO and a member of the board until the company's merger with CenturyLink in 2007. Sunu serves on the board of FairPoint and has also served as CFO of Hargray Communications, CFO and a Director of Hawaiian Telecom and on the Board of Centennial Communications.

Gene Yoon

Head of Private Capital Investing for the Americas Special Situations Group (AmSSG), Goldman, Sachs & Co

Gene serves on several boards including DataPipe, ECi Software Solutions, Management Dynamics, LifeLock, Business Records Management and Olympus Media. Previously, he served on the boards of Picis, Inc. and ViaWest. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Yoon was a partner at Great Hill Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm. Yoon's experience also includes head of corporate development at Geocast Network Systems, a venture-backed technology company and investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
