Pursuant to Nevada rule NAC 703.290(2), Electric Lightwave, LLC dba Integra Telecom (Integra) provides notice that the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada has filed a Notice of Joint Petition for Approval of Interconnection Agreement between Telecommunications Carriers under Section 252 of the Telecommunications Act and Notice of Pendency of Hearing. Hearing on the Joint Petition under which Integra will adopt the interconnection agreement between Nevada Bell Telephone company d/b/a AT&T and ALEC will take place on December 17, 2010, unless no adverse comments regarding the Joint Petition are filed, in which case the hearing will be cancelled.
